Following a long, successful career in the steel industry, Former Vice President Kenneth J. Meinert has retired from Bailey Metal Products on March 31st, 2018.

Kenneth J. Meinert, who joined the executive team in 2010, has more than two decades of experience in the gypsum industry, including time as CEO of the Canadian Gypsum Company.

During his time at Bailey Metal Products, he was heavily involved with the growth of the company, provided help in the third-party certification of our Platinum Plus drywall studs, and provided valuable leadership. We thank Kenneth for his service and dedication to serving our customers and helping Bailey achieve new heights.

He is also on the board of Habitat for Humanity and has also contributed to many charities over the past several years. His dedication to his community and his kind heart has touched the lives of many people.

We are also proud to announce three new VP appointments: Malcolm Nobbs for Strategic Development, Mark Griffioen for Operations, and Derick Vinthers for Sales.

A farewell reception was held on March 27th for Kenneth J. Meinert, at the Bellagio where many friends, colleges, coworkers, and well-wishers attended.
