A Strong History

Founded in 1950 by Sam Bailey, Bailey Metal Products Ltd. is a family owned and operated Canadian company. The Bailey Group of Companies is recognized as the industry leader, offering building solutions to both the commercial framing and drywall finishing residential markets.

With eight locations across Canada, our manufacturing capacity and national presence ensures that our customers, across the country, have the products they require quickly. Bailey production facilities are strategically located within 90% of Canadian job sites. We constantly work to deliver high quality, innovative and valuable products. Servicing contractors and builders is our long-standing and enduring commitment.

A Strong Heritage

Having immigrated from Staffordshire, England to Cambridge, Ontario, Sam Bailey had first established himself as a successful salesman in steel-based products before starting Bailey Metal Products Limited.

Partnering with long time associates, BMP Limited broke ground domestically, working out of the family home through the use of independent delivery and warehousing contractors. As business prospered, BMP Limited relocated, finally calling Concord, Ontario home in 1989.

Taking pride in both our products and our industry, Bailey employees are recognized by countless associations and institutions within the steel product and design community. Bailey professionals serve on industry association Boards, North American standards committees, as well as Community and Philanthropic Boards.
