Self Drilling Screws

Bugle Head Self Drilling

The Bugle Head Self Drilling screw is used to attach drywall to heavy gauge metal 14 - 20 gauge. Available stocked: #6 - 1", 1 1/8", 1 1/4", and 1 5/8".

Flat Pan Head Self Drilling

The Flat Pan Head Self Drilling screw is used for framing 14 - 20 gauge steel to steel. Available stocked: #10 - 3/4".

• #3 Self Tapping drill point is designed for penetration into heavy gauge metal.
• LOXTM recess drive does not require a magnetic bit tip holder.
• Flat Pan Head provides a flat bearing surface.

Hex Head Self Drilling

The Hex Head Self Drilling is a screw designed for attaching fixtures, backup plates, and door frames to 12 - 20 gauge structural studs, metal decks, and trusses. Available stocked: #8 - 1/2", #10 - 3/4", and #14 - 1".

• Self tapping drill point is designed for penetration into heavy gauge metal.
• Hex Head provides maximum driving torque with a flat bearing surface.

Pan Head Self Drilling

The Pan Head Self Drilling screw is used for attaching fixtures, backup plates, and door frames to 14 - 20 gauge steel, or any other heavy gauge metal-to-metal applications. Available stocked: #6 - 7/16".

• Self tapping drill point is designed for penetration into heavy gauge steel.
• #2 Phillips recess drive.
• Pan Framing Head provides a flat bearing surface.

Wafer Head Self Drilling

The Wafer Head Self Drilling is a screw for lath or heavy gauge metal-to-metal applications. Available stocked: #8 - 1/2" and #10 - 3/4".

• Self tapping drill point is designed for penetration into heavy gauge metal.
• Wafer Head provides a greater bearing surface with a low profile head exposure.
• Heavier shank ensures entry in clips of hard steel.
